Service estimates & diagnostic fee
A flat diagnostic fee applies to every in-home visit and is waived when you approve the repair. All repair quotes are flat-rate and presented in writing before work begins. You are free to decline.
Warranty
Parts and labor are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship and component failure under normal residential use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, pests, water intrusion, or unrelated failures.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair via card, ACH, or approved digital wallet. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Florida law.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment window at no charge. Same-window cancellations may incur a trip fee.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampa Bay Appliance Repair's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., spoiled food, water damage from a pre-existing leak).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
